Tiny Home Village

As tiny houses are considered to be the “wave of the future” in housing, with a housing shortage in Santa Cruz County, Santa Cruz Barrios Unidos has developed a vocational construction training program. This program mentors youth, to teach them how to build and construct tiny houses. The models and sizes vary, based upon availability of construction materials. Overall, we try to make use of sustainable and recycled materials in these tiny houses, in order to give back to our community in need of housing, and to save our environment.
